Role Summary
Join our central Talent Acquisition team as TA Technical Specialist. You will serve as the technical backbone of the function; building robust dashboards, automating workflows, integrating multiple tools, and delivering actionable insights to optimize high-volume frontline hiring across all Oberoi and Trident hotels in India.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and automated reports (WBRs, MBRs) tracking funnel metrics, channel ROI, hiring velocity, and diversity insights.
● Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment trends, digital campaign performance, event effectiveness, and overall funnel efficiency to recommend data-driven optimizations.
● Support tool integrations and data flows between ATS, WhatsApp Business API, Google Forms, and other platforms.
● Develop Python scripts for data extraction, cleaning, automation, and advanced reporting.
● Provide insights on pipeline health, channel effectiveness, and early retention indicators.
● Collaborate with the Employer Branding Coordinator and the central TA team to create high-impact review decks and translate complex data into clear recommendations.
● Ensure data accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement of all reporting systems.
Key Skills & Competencies
● 3–6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or HR Tech roles with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition or recruitment data.
● Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scripting, automation), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
● Hands-on experience creating executive dashboards and management reporting decks (WBRs/MBRs).
● Good understanding of API integrations and connecting multiple tools/systems.
● Experience building custom tools/scripts using Python, with exposure to AI-assisted development.
● Ability to analyze digital recruitment campaigns and derive clear optimization insights.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to translate data into actionable business stories.
● Collaborative mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
