Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery & Targets:
- Drive full-cycle hiring for engineering functions (ASP.NET, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, etc.) and ensure high hiring volumes with quality.
- Maintain healthy pipelines to consistently meet monthly hiring targets.
- Analyze recruitment funnel metrics (sourcing efficiency, conversion rates, pipeline velocity) and proactively address bottlenecks.
- Ensure a strong offer-to-join ratio via proactive candidate engagement and pre-joining connects.
Strategic Partnering & Operational Excellence:
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives, providing insight and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Standardize and improve recruiting processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and global best practices.
- Partner with global HR peers to share knowledge and maintain consistency across regions.
Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Coach TA partners and facilitate team discussions, performance reviews, and mentoring sessions.
- Facilitate presentations and training sessions to onboard and upskill new TA employees.
- Lead innovative TA initiatives (e.g., TA Tech Blitz) to boost candidate quality and quantity efficiently.
Technology & Analytics:
- Leverage AI, CRM, ATS (Lever preferred), and data analytics to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Maintain and report TA metrics and hiring trends to HR leadership and senior management.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while managing full life-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer delivery.
- Drive sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals, screening, phone interviews, and ATS management.
