Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Support Associate will assist with recruitment coordination, manage communication with freelance recruiters, and support hiring processes across the organization. This role focuses on execution, documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow within the Talent Acquisition function at Career Elevators.
This is a 100% remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles.
- Maintain and update job postings on relevant platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in ATS or tracking systems.
- Freelance Recruiter Support
- Share job briefs and role expectations with freelance recruiters.
- Follow up on submissions, timelines, and quality standards.
- Review CVs for completeness and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
- Maintain performance trackers for freelance recruiters.
- Hiring Manager Assistance
- Share candidate profiles and collect feedback from hiring managers.
- Provide timely updates on hiring progress and ensure SLA adherence.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and basic recruitment-related queries.
Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 0.62 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house, consulting, or agency).
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
- Experience working with recruiters or handling sourcing activities is a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment workflows and sourcing practices.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and ATS tools.
