Job Description

Build scalable, audit-ready HR onboarding and talent acquisition automations using UiPath, Alteryx, SharePoint, and Tableau-streamlining workflows end-to-end to improve speed, quality, and operational resilience

As a Talent Acquisition Support & Onboarding Automation Developer, you will design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using Alteryx, Sharepoint, Tableau and UIPath to improve HR process efficiency and quality. You will partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical documentation. You will support testing, production readiness, and post‑deployment monitoring to ensure stable and reliable performance. You will also help troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and contribute to automation standards and best practices.

Job responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Alteryx, and SharePoint, with a focus on improving process efficiency, quality, and operational resilience.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, elicit and clarify requirements, and translate business needs into process designs and solution specifications.
  • Produce and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation, including process maps, business requirements, solution design documents, runbooks, and control step
  • Execute unit testing support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to release planning, production readiness, and deployment activities to ensure stable delivery.
  • Troubleshoot automation incidents through triage, root-cause analysis, and defect remediation, and communicate status and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Monitor bot and workflow performance metrics (including success rates, run duration, and exception volumes), identify trends, and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and throughput.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to end users and operational teams to drive adoption and sustainable operations.
  • Apply automation engineering best practices, including logging, exception handling, reusable components, version control, and disciplined change management.
  • Contribute to team standards and continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening consistency, controls, and delivery quality across the automation portfolio.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum two years of hands-on experience building automations in UiPath or data workflows in Alteryx.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of automation delivery best practices, including testing, documentation, deployment, and support.
  • Comfort working with data files (e.g., Excel, CSV) to produce accurate and reliable outputs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and drive resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Sharepoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Understanding of basic SQL concepts.
  • Experience supporting UAT, release readiness, and post‑production monitoring.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to control discipline.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with additional automation tools or platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Python).
  • Knowledge of data analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exposure to HR domains or systems (e.g., HCM platforms, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices (user stories, sprint ceremonies, backlog management).
  • Experience building reusable automation components and standardized frameworks.
  • Experience documenting and evidencing controls for audit or risk reviews.
  • Experience supporting automation in a shared services or operations environment.
