What will you do:

- Lead campus recruitment initiatives and volume hiring campaigns while representing our organization's value proposition
- Guide hiring managers through selection processes and facilitate internal mobility opportunities
- Screen candidates through resume analysis, interviews, and reference checks to ensure quality hires
