Role Description

We are seeking a part-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-screening assessments. You will also contribute to the development and promotion of employer branding initiatives and collaborate with hiring managers to meet talent acquisition needs. In addition, you will maintain our candidate databases and provide a seamless recruitment experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Strong capabilities in Hiring and Interviewing for various roles
  • Experience in developing and promoting Employer Branding strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
