ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in hiring across technology and business functions. This role demands a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage hiring in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines from top-tier organizations and driving strategic hiring initiatives across functions and global markets.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.
  2. Source candidates through multiple channels including inbound leads, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and headhunting.
  3. Partner with hiring managers across business, tech, and support functions to understand hiring needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across diverse and niche roles.
  5. Evaluate candidates on skills, mindset, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit.
  6. Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure timely closures of critical positions
  7. Manage and track candidate pipelines using ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred).
  8. Ensure excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement.
  9. Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closures.
  10. Stay updated with market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent insights.

MUST HAVE'S:

  1. 6+ years of core Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to niche hiring & Headhunting.
  2. Strong understanding of technical roles, hiring frameworks, and evaluation techniques.
  3. Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit (mandatory) and other ATS/tools.
  4. LinkedIn expert with strong sourcing capabilities.
  5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  7. Strong ownership mindset and result-driven approach.
  8. MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
