- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Ready to work from Trivandrum Office in 1-10pm shift timings
- Work experience with non-technical positions
- Hands-on hiring experience on volume/bulk hiring.
- Promote the Employer Brand on LinkedIn and other social media channels and spread awareness about the company and its products.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing specifically for skills like technical hiring.
- Working knowledge of various social media recruiting channel.
- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers.
- Possess good communication skills and must be presentable.
