Job Description –Talent Acquisition Specialist – Vendor Management

Position Details

  • Location: Bengaluru
  • Experience: 3–5 Years
  • Industry Preference: IT Staffing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in vendor coordination, stakeholder management, client communication, and end-to-end recruitment processes within the staffing or recruitment industry.

This role requires excellent relationship management, operational coordination, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors, staffing partners, and external consultants.
  • Coordinate with internal hiring teams, recruitment stakeholders, and clients to understand hiring requirements and delivery expectations.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing coordination, profile screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding support.
  • Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles aligned with client requirements and SLAs.
  • Monitor vendor performance, hiring turnaround time, and recruitment quality metrics.
  • Negotiate vendor commercials, rates, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Maintain effective communication between vendors, candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support account management and client engagement activities to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment governance standards, operational processes, and reporting accuracy.

  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle, vendor governance, and staffing operations
