Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Navi Mumbai's Vashi Sector 30 A. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Responsibilities will also include employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, executing recruitment plans, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
