What You'll Do
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Partner with teams to align hiring needs with business goals
Post jobs, manage sourcing channels, and track hiring metrics
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
Hunt top talent via job boards, social media, referrals & networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments & build a healthy talent pipeline
Create a seamless, positive candidate experience from start to finish
Process Coordination
Schedule interviews, manage ATS workflows, and keep data accurate
Support offer rollouts and onboarding for smooth transitions
Employer Branding
Contribute To Impactful Job Descriptions & Campaigns
Represent the brand at job fairs and hiring events
Strengthen employer brand through every candidate interaction
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain recruitment dashboards & documentation for transparency
