- Job Title: Recruiter - Frontliner
- Location: Pune
- Work Mode:Work From Pune office (NO WORK FROM HOME)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
- Shift: India Night Shift
- Salary: 3.25 LPA - 3.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Should have prior experience of bulk hiring.
- Manage full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for assigned job orders.
- Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of consistent and high-performing recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Should have done recruitment for overseas candidate.
- Should have the proven capabilities to negotiate salary and hire.
