Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on the embedded systems, energy, and IoT product domains. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, sourcing and evaluating top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with a strategic approach to talent acquisition in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates across technical (Embedded, Firmware, IoT, Product Engineering) and non-technical (Sales, Operations, Marketing) roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, skills expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct detailed intake sessions to understand hiring priorities, team structures, and long-term needs.
  • Support business and HR leadership in workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify trends in energy tech, IoT, and embedded talent pools.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within technology, product, or embedded/IoT domains (Plus).
  • Proven success in hiring across both technical and non-technical functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • MBA or certification in Talent Acquisition/HR is a plus.
