Role Mission
Own the end-to-end talent acquisition function and core people operations at Unifize — sourcing, screening, and closing high-quality candidates across all departments while building and maintaining the HR infrastructure (performance management, employee data systems, compliance basics, onboarding) that enables a growing SaaS startup to scale its team without losing hiring quality or cultural integrity.
Core Responsibilities
# Responsibility Ownership
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions — from role intake through offer close
- Create and maintain role profiles, hiring documentation, and job descriptions
- Conduct screening calls, coordinate interview panels, and managecandidate and recruitment tracking
- Execute structured interview scoring workflows
- Manage employee lifecycle operations — onboarding, offboarding, leave management, employee data
- Support performance management infrastructure — coordinate quarterly reviews, maintain role profiles
- Coordinate compensation benchmarking and offer preparation Lead
- Maintain basic compliance readiness — POSH training, employee handbook, employment law basics
- Manage relationships with external recruiters and talent partners
- Contribute to employer branding — LinkedIn, job boards, candidate experience
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- Has independently managed end-to-end recruitment in a startup or high-growth environment — not just sourcing or coordination, but owning the full pipeline from intake to offer
- Comfortable working in structured, system-driven environments — digital workflows, AI tools, and data-driven processes
- Can handle both talent acquisition and people operations simultaneously without either function suffering
- Strong written and verbal communication — job descriptions, offer letters, candidate communication, and internal updates are clear and professional
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring pipelines across different departments and seniority levels
- Has conducted screening calls and can assess candidate motivation, communication, and basic fit efficiently
