Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end ITrecruitment for our consulting engagements - sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for niche and cutting-edge tech roles across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation
- Partner with delivery/account leads to understand client hiring requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for emerging technologies (Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Databricks, etc.)
- Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures against project timelines
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT/tech staffing or consulting
- Working knowledge of IT hiring and current/emerging technology trends
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
