JOB DESCRIPTION

We're on the hunt for a people person who gets people. Someone who knows talent isn't just about resumes and LinkedIn keywords it's about potential, vibe, and culture fit. If you love talking to new folks, digging deeper than the job titles, and making great hires happen, this one's for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles (think: Ops, HR, Sales, Marketing, etc.)

Craft JDs that actually sound human (like this one )

Source beyond the obvious job boards, referrals, Insta, wherever talent hides

Be that first great impression: screen, connect, and engage candidates

Coordinate interviews, share feedback, and close the loop (fast!)

Partner with hiring teams like a pro understand their needs and deliver

Keep the ATS clean and the candidate experience even cleane

SKILLS

1-4 years of recruiting experience

A way with people empathy, curiosity, and great listening skills

Organized but chill: you can juggle roles, follow-ups, and deadlines without breaking a sweat

Comfort with tools (ATS, Excel, Google Sheets, maybe even Notion)

Passion for matching the right people to the right role (vibes + skills = perfect fit)
