RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles (think: Ops, HR, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Craft JDs that actually sound human (like this one )
Source beyond the obvious job boards, referrals, Insta, wherever talent hides
Be that first great impression: screen, connect, and engage candidates
Coordinate interviews, share feedback, and close the loop (fast!)
Partner with hiring teams like a pro understand their needs and deliver
Keep the ATS clean and the candidate experience even cleane
SKILLS
1-4 years of recruiting experience
A way with people empathy, curiosity, and great listening skills
Organized but chill: you can juggle roles, follow-ups, and deadlines without breaking a sweat
Comfort with tools (ATS, Excel, Google Sheets, maybe even Notion)
Passion for matching the right people to the right role (vibes + skills = perfect fit)
