Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with experience to manage end-to-end recruitment across business and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for lending and related roles.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely closures.
• Track recruitment metrics, TAT, offer-to-join ratios, and hiring progress.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Support market mapping and talent intelligence for critical roles.
• Manage recruitment vendors and ensure effective utilization of external hiring partners.

Preferred Experience

• Prior TA/recruitment experience in lending, NBFC, banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Good understanding of lending functions such as Credit, Risk, Collections, Sales, Operations, and Product.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
