About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive hiring across both Technology and Non-Technology functions. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles along with the ability to manage hiring for business functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both Tech and Non-Tech roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies
  • Leverage niche platforms like Stack Overflow and GitHub for tech talent sourcing
  • Screen and evaluate resumes based on technical skills, experience, and business role fitment
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate capabilities, communication, and cultural fit
  • Build strong pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Stay updated with hiring trends in the Internet/E-commerce and Product Engineering space

Key Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in Non-Tech hiring along with exposure to Tech hiring
  • Strong understanding of roles, skills, and hiring processes
  • Good understanding of Non-Tech roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster etc.)
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hiring for Internet/E-commerce companies
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
  • Ability to assess both technical and business candidates effectively
