We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to join our Talent Acquisition team and contribute across campus hiring, branding, and recruitment operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to support our campus hiring activities in India, employer branding initiatives, and lateral recruitment for Kochi site. This role requires someone who enjoys being on the ground — visiting campuses, engaging with students, creating content, and keeping hiring pipelines moving. If you are someone who is comfortable on stage, active on social media, and brings natural enthusiasm to everything you do, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in campus hiring drives across colleges and universities
• Conduct pre-placement talks, group discussions, and student engagement sessions on campus
• Create and post content on LinkedIn and Instagram to build our employer brand among students and early-career audiences
• Document campus events through photos, reels, and write-ups for social media
• Support lateral hiring for the Kochi site — sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Handle onboarding coordination and local HR engagement for the Kochi office

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources (reputed college) — 2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred
• 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or campus engagement

Required Skills

• Natural speaker — comfortable on stage in front of large student audiences
• Actively uses LinkedIn and Instagram — you create content, not just scroll
• High energy, go-getter with strong people skills
• Based in Kochi; willingness to travel to campuses regularly is essential
• Good communication in English and Malayalam preferred
