Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support both internal hiring needs and offshore client requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing and screening capabilities, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT, Engineering, Data, Cloud, QA, and niche skill sets
- Possess experience in internal hiring for US Staffing teams, including delivery, sales, leadership, and support functions
- Handle Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time (FTE) hiring requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks
- Conduct candidate screening to assess technical fit, communication skills, availability, and compensation alignment
- Submit qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers within defined SLA timelines
- Coordinate interview scheduling, gather feedback, and drive the offer management and closure process
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates through onboarding and joining
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations, priorities, and hiring timelines
- Drive lateral, niche, diversity, and fresher hiring initiatives
- Ensure seamless onboarding coordination with HR and IT teams
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics
Required Skills:
- Bachelor`s degree
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment trackers
- 5-6+ years of experience with internal hiring, offshore recruitment.
- Recent experience in filling roles - IT, Engineering, Data, Cloud Computing, QA, and niche skill sets
- Excellent communication skills.
- Onsite (no remote/hybrid). 12PM-9PM IST.
