Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Nagpur. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, identify and attract top talent, and contribute to building a strong employer brand. Day-to-day tasks include managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and managing the entire hiring process
• Expertise in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
• Experience in Employer Branding and promoting the organization's values and culture
• Strong understanding of Recruiting and Hiring strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
