Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for various functions across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, developing job descriptions, and posting roles on relevant platforms. The specialist will source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules and feedback. Daily activities include driving the recruitment process, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. The role also requires maintaining accurate recruitment data, reporting on hiring metrics, and collaborating closely with HR and business stakeholders to align talent acquisition with organizational goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Interviewing and Hiring, including candidate assessment, selection, and offer management.
• Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote the company's value proposition across digital and offline channels.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools, along with basic data analysis for recruitment metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in a technology or SaaS environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
