Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 13 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both contract staffing and permanent hiring models across various technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and QA.
- Handle both contract staffing and permanent hiring requirements.
- Review and understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Conduct technical screening, including skills assessment, project evaluation, and communication review.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and critical roles.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring technical skill sets.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, onboarding, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
