Job Description
Works with Hiring Managers and drives the recruiting process for all employees, interns and contractors.
Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and staffing agents.
Source, screen, evaluate, and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
Leading and supervising the team of recruiters
Work with the Hiring Manager to support a flawless onboarding process for new hires.
Research and attend industry recruiting and networking events such as job fairs.
Research, recommend, and help implement sourcing solutions to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
Ensure compliance is met with all legal aspects of recruiting.
Responsible for maintaining a database in HRIS and Excel.
