Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality IT professionals within client organizations. Skills: Boolean strings, Sourcing profiles from Job portals like Dice, Linkedin and Monster

Location: Noida Sector 59

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source and screen qualified IT candidates based on job specifications and client requirements.

Interviewing & Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and present top talent to hiring managers and clients.

Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future positions, ensuring a consistent supply of qualified talent.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Facilitate offer negotiation processes and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for candidates and clients.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in compliance with company and client standards, ensuring transparency and integrity throughout the hiring process (US VISA and etc.).

Skills Required

  1. In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  2. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  5. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
