Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Shift)

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month(negotiable)

Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for the role of *US Recruitment Associate*. This is a night-shift position requiring excellent English communication skills, as the role involves direct interaction with candidates based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with US-based candidates via calls and emails

Understand candidate profiles and guide them through the recruitment process

Identify gaps in candidates skills and suggest improvement strategies

Assist candidates in preparing for interviews with structured guidance

Enroll candidates into company programs and services

Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure candidate engagement

Required Skills

Fluent English communication (both verbal and written)

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes

Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)
