Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across IT and Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in global talent acquisition, headhunting, and lateral as well as leadership hiring. This role requires the ability to operate in fast-paced environments, meet aggressive timelines, and deliver high-quality hires within defined budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Perform global sourcing using diverse channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and direct headhunting.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through strategic headhunting techniques.
- Candidate Screening & Technical Assessment
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assess candidates through structured interviews and technical evaluations aligned with role requirements.
- Hiring Expertise
- Manage lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and niche skill hiring across IT and Non-IT domains.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Provide market insights, talent trends, and salary benchmarking.
- Innovative Hiring Strategies
- Implement creative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to meet hiring demands under tight timelines and budget constraints.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) Management
- Ensure quick turnaround time in sourcing and closures while maintaining quality of hires.
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics such as TAT, submission-to-hire ratio, and offer acceptance rate.

- Proven experience in technical recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles.
- Strong expertise in global sourcing and headhunting methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in lateral and leadership hiring.
- Excellent screening and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools, job portals, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
