Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist ServiceNow to lead end-to-end hiring for niche ServiceNow skillsets across global delivery models. The role requires strong domain understanding, proactive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a competitive technology market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for ServiceNow roles including Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, and Platform Specialists
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Heads, and HRBPs to understand workforce plans, project requirements, and skill gaps
  • Source talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Portals, ATS, referrals, and passive talent mapping
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical competence, certifications, domain exposure, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback loops, and offer closures
  • Drive offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and joining conversions
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a ServiceNow talent pipeline for current and future mandates
  • Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, pipeline health, and closure ratios
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and documentation standards

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience hiring for ServiceNow technologies
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps (preferred)
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, SLA-driven environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities
  • Familiarity with contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing models
