Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for semiconductor / VLSI / chip-design roles across client mandates.
- Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and niche forums.
- Screen candidates for domain-specific technical competencies (RTL design, DFT, Physical Design,Analog, EDA tools, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers; manage candidate pipelines via ATS.
- Maintain a robust talent database of semiconductor professionals for current and future requirements.
- Partner closely with client HR and business teams to understand nuanced job requirements and timelines.
- Drive offer negotiation, candidate engagement, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
- Provide weekly recruitment dashboards and MIS reports to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure diversity hiring best practices are followed across all mandates.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3–8 years of talent acquisition experience with at least 2+ years dedicated to semiconductor / VLSI /hardware domain hiring.
- Proven track record of filling niche roles such as: RTL Design Engineers, Physical Design Engineers,DFT Engineers, Analog / Mixed-Signal Designers, FPGA Engineers, Verification Engineers (UVM/SystemVerilog), EDA Tool Specialists.
- Strong familiarity with semiconductor industry terminology, tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor, etc.), and hiring landscapes.
