Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates across various functions. Day-to-day activities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing offer negotiations. The Specialist will also focus on building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaboration with HR and leadership teams to improve hiring practices and support workforce planning is a key part of this role.
Qualifications

• Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Experience with Hiring processes, from requisition approval to offer management and joining formalities.
• Proficiency in Interviewing, including structured interviews and competency-based assessment techniques.
• Ability to support and enhance Employer Branding efforts through job postings, social media, and candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; comfort working with data and hiring metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare, compliance-focused organizations, or technology-enabled services is an advantage.
