- Consult hiring managers and prepare selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels
- Create interview plan and selection procedures
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate and arrange written tests and interviews
- Ensure timely communication of results and feedback to candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with potential future hires
The ideal candidate for this profile shall have 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition roles in software companies.
