Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding. The role also involves developing and executing effective hiring strategies, conducting candidate interviews, and enhancing the company's employer branding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with various teams to identify staffing needs and ensure the organization attracts top talent.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Proficiency in Conducting Interviews and Managing Hiring Processes
- Experience in Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
