Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executives and Talent Acquisition Leads to join our recruitment team. The role involves handling IT and Non-IT recruitment, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill talent requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage offer negotiations and onboarding activities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Eligibility

Experience: 0.5–5 years in IT Recruitment and/or Non-IT Recruitment.

Education: B.E./B.Tech or MBA (HR).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
