Talent Acquisition Specialist(Sales)

NowFloats is dedicated to enhancing the local online visibility of small and medium businesses (SMBs) using innovative technologies like location-based SEO. Our solutions help SMBs effectively reach local consumers through structured information optimization. Additionally, we provide a hybrid model combining organic discovery with marketing boosters such as Google Ads and Facebook ads for immediate impact. We also offer RIA, a Relationship Intelligence Agent, which allows businesses to maintain customer engagement with minimal manual effort.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales). The specialist will handle all aspects of talent acquisition, including managing the full recruitment life cycle, building strong employer branding, conducting interviews, and ensuring successful hiring of sales professionals. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and employing creative strategies for attracting top-tier candidates to support the organization's sales growth objectives.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting to manage end-to-end recruitment activities effectively
• Experience in Recruiting and Hiring processes, with a focus on sourcing top-performing sales professionals
• Skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the best cultural and role-specific fit
• Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to enhance the company's appeal to potential candidates
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruiting for sales or client-facing roles is a plus
