Job Description: Talent Acquisition (Solar Industry)

We are seeking a driven and execution-focused Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Lucknow. This role requires hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across both corporate and site-based roles, with a strong focus on time-bound project hiring within the Solar / EPC sector.

You will play a critical role in ensuring timely and quality hiring to support ongoing and upcoming projects, working closely with business and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

- Job Portal & LinkedIn Recruitment Management

- Build and leverage strong talent networks including LinkedIn outreach, industry communities, and partnerships with vendors/consultants to enable effective sourcing, particularly for contractual and hard-to-fill roles

- Resume Screening & Candidate Shortlisting

- Interview Coordination with Hiring Managers

- Offer Roll-out & Joining Conversion Management

- Campus Hiring Coordination

- Recruitment MIS, Tracker & Reporting

- Maintaining Recruitment Turnaround Time (TAT)

- Building Talent Database for Future Hiring

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 35 years of core recruitment experience, preferably in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Infrastructure sectors

- Hiring Expertise: Proven experience in bulk hiring and project-based / contractual staffing

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work closely with business leaders and project teams in a fast-paced environment

- Execution Orientation: Strong ability to manage hiring under tight timelines and evolving requirements

- Communication: Good command of English and Hindi to effectively engage with both corporate stakeholders and site-level workforce

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
