Experience: 2–4 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
What You'll Do
- Understand hiring requirements and assist in creating effective job postings
- Manage and maintain candidate records using ATS
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support onboarding and documentation activities
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good understanding of ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms
