Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. You will help strengthen XpressEdu's employer branding to attract a diverse pool of talent. The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong skills in Interviewing, Evaluating Candidates, and guiding them through the application process
- Experience with Employer Branding initiatives to promote XpressEdu as an employer of choice
- Expertise in Recruiting processes with the ability to optimize and improve recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
