Job Description – Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across different industries and job levels.
• Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, X-Ray Search and other recruitment platforms.
• Manage client coordination, understand hiring requirements and work on assigned mandates.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Screen, shortlist and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations and offer closures.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure consistent delivery against client expectations.

Required Skills

• Must have a pure Talent Acquisition / Recruitment background.
• Consultancy recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine and Boolean/X-Ray Search.
• Must be comfortable with target-based recruitment and deadline-driven work.
• Good client-handling and coordination skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and communication skills.
• Should be confident in handling multiple requirements and client mandates.

Note: This is a pure Talent Acquisition role, not an HR Generalist or HR Operations position. Candidates must be comfortable with recruitment targets and client handling.
