About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, helping us find and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source & Screen: Identify potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media, and conduct initial resume reviews.
- Job Postings: Draft and publish roles on our career page and external job boards.
- Coordinate: Schedule interviews, manage calendar invites, and communicate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Data Management: Keep candidate pipelines organized and updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding paperwork, employer branding, and general administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Eligibility Note:Strictly looking for B.Tech or MBA graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with professional social platforms (like LinkedIn) and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
