This position offering up to S$7,000 per month for a skilled talent acquisition professional.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process across diverse corporate and operational business portfolios

• Utilize direct sourcing techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent for professional positions

• Manage high-volume recruitment administration and screening coordination for technical and operational roles

• Partner with internal hiring managers to understand workforce demands and execute effective talent strategies

• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment documentation within internal databases

• 5 - 8 years Proven talent acquisition experience covering both professional sourcing and operational recruitment coordination

• Demonstrated background managing recruitment for technical or engineering business domains

• Experience using modern enterprise applicant tracking systems

• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to commit to the full duration of the temporary maternity coverage period
