Job Description
• Reviews and shortlists candidate CVs to present the most qualified candidates to clients, focusing on operational candidates and contingent workers
• Administers candidate assessments, tests, or technical evaluations as required by the client, ensuring timely completion and review to fulfill high-volume staffing needs
• Prepares candidates for client interviews by providing company background information, interview tips, and role expectations for operational job opportunities
• Utilizes multiple sourcing methods, including social media, job fairs, and networking events, to identify potential candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements for the required roles accurately
• Facilitates debrief meetings with hiring managers to discuss candidate evaluations and make informed hiring decisions
• Maintains regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps, while facilitating conversations around job security, income continuity, and career path customization

future priorities
Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings by proactive sourcing and engaging in conversation around candidate's long-term development goals
