Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Note: (We are looking for a candidate who is living in Kondhwa or nearby 10km who can travel on daily basis)
1. Handling the complete recruitment and selection process, right from crystallizing the requirement specs to closing the requirements.
2. Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies
3. Interacting with clients on regular basis to understand the specific requirements, strategize and plan the recruitment activity and implement it. Developing own relationships with present/potential clients,
4. Resource requests, deliver within time and cost limitations.
5. Screening of resumes from the job portals as well as the database acquired and Buddy referrals as per the requirements of the company standards.
Important Note: Flexible working Hours and 2 saturdays are off
