Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Collaborate with HR to support employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree/Masters Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5- 10 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment in a Logistics/Shipping organization.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
