Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and create strategies to achieve company goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with market demands and organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting
  • Prior experience in the education or mentorship industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
