Job Overview:

Pioneer Consultants is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and help build strong talent pipelines. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Graduate / UG both can apply
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of job portals and hiring platforms
