Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists with proven recruitment experience in Oil & Gas and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies.

Candidates with direct Oil & Gas/EPC company or specialized Oil & Gas recruitment consultancy experience will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, petrochemical, and industrial projects across the Middle East and other international markets.
• Commissioning, Operations, Maintenance, and Shutdown/Turnaround
• Source candidates for engineering, supervisory, managerial, technical, and skilled trade positions.
• Interpret technical JDs, project specifications, client requirements, and mandatory qualifications to identify suitable candidates.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies using headhunting, Boolean search, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS databases, and industry networks.
• Build talent pipelines for EPC contractors, oilfield service companies, refineries, petrochemical plants, and major project-based requirements.
• Conduct initial screening to verify technical experience, project history, qualifications, certifications, availability, current and expected salary, and willingness to relocate.
• Coordinate technical interviews, client submissions, interview feedback, salary negotiations, offer management, and mobilization.
• Manage bulk recruitment and urgent project mobilization while meeting client deadlines and recruitment KPIs.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Work closely with clients, project teams, hiring managers, and recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely closures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within an Oil & Gas/EPC company or a specialized Oil & Gas recruitment consultancy.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas project environments, EPC contracting, engineering disciplines, and project manpower requirements.
• Proven track record in recruiting technical and engineering professionals for Middle East projects.
• Strong technical CV screening, headhunting, market mapping, and Boolean search capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies, bulk hiring, and time-critical mobilization campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet recruitment targets, and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.
• Immediate joiners based in Kochi are preferred.
