Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:Own the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding across multiple functions.
  • Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3+ recruiters, ensuring goal alignment and consistent performance.
  • Hiring Strategy:Devise data-driven hiring strategies to fulfill business demands effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
  • Sourcing Excellence:Leverage portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Process Optimization:Regularly review and enhance recruitment practices, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
  • Reporting & Compliance:Maintain hiring dashboards and ensure all hiring practices adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience:2 to 5 years of total experience, with at least 1.5 years in a team lead role (managing 3+ team members).
  • Industry:Prior experience in EdTech or high-growth startups preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Proven experience handling bulk and lateral hiring with short TATs.
