We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in the US staffing market, with strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring across diverse industries.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles across Permanent and Contract hiring in the US market.
- Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing strategies.
- Partner with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS programs to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
- Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, compensation alignment, and US visa/tax term requirements.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, achieve delivery targets, and build strong relationships with consultants and clients.
Must Have:
- 24 years of hands-on US recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of W2/C2C/1099 and all major visa categories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift (US time zones).
