This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions within the organization. The role also includes managing employer branding efforts to effectively communicate the company's values, building strong relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both the candidate and organization.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring procedures
• Experience in Employer Branding strategies
