About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support hiring across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing top technology talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the APAC region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience hiring for technology / IT roles is preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience hiring across APAC markets is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
